I was the safe pair of hands. The reliable one. The woman who delivered, who held it together, who made things run.

I built a career in financial services leading transformation. I sat in rooms with powerful people and helped organisations navigate change most were too slow to see coming.

Then I saw something bigger. The women doing the real work in financial and professional services are sitting on more capability than they realise, and AI is about to rewrite who gets seen and who gets left behind.

I am not interested in waiting for permission or a promotion cycle to catch up with reality. I built The Ambition Collective because the women I work with do not need more confidence. They need the tools, the fluency, and the visibility to take what is already theirs.

This is not about being noticed. It is about being undeniable.

AI is not a threat to senior women in this industry. It is the fastest lever they have ever had. The ones who move first will not just keep their seat at the table. They will decide who else gets one.
