By the time I built the strategy that changed everything, I already knew what I wanted. I had done the inner work. I had stopped waiting for permission and started moving deliberately. What I had not yet figured out was how much faster it goes when you are in the right room. I pushed myself onto a leadership programme my boss had tried to keep me off. From that programme I connected with people who saw what I was building and helped me see the next move more clearly. Into CSM. Lead within a year. Head Of two years later. The trajectory accelerated because I stopped trying to figure it out alone. You are already where I was when everything started to move. The question is not whether you are ready. You clearly are. The question is whether you are willing to stop building this in isolation and let the right room accelerate what you are already doing.
